如果要问对方是否正在做某事，或是问对方在做什么，我们要采用现在进行时的疑问句形式。

现在进行时的一般疑问句

形式: Am/Is/Are 主语 动词的现在分词?

肯定回答: Yes, 主语 am/is/are.

否定回答: No, 主语 am/is/are not.

现在进行时的特殊疑问句

形式: 特殊疑问词＋am/is/are＋主语＋动词的现在分词?

Who are you playing with? 

注意：对于特殊疑问句的回答不同于对一般疑问句的回答，它不用yes或no来回答。 —Where are the students playing football?  —On the playground.  

Language practice

1. Work in pairs.

Student A: Choose a picture. Say what the people are doing.

Student B: Guess which picture Student A is describing.

A: They are watching TV.

B: Is it Picture 4?

A: Yes, it is./No, it isn’t.

2. Write questions and short answers.
