His family is big. 

Those are my parents.

那是我的父母。

that为其单数形式；

它是指空间或时间上较远的人或事物。

parents 意为“父母亲”，等于father and mother；

parent 父亲或母亲，等于father or mother；

parents是parent的复数形式。
